
Udon is a kind of japanese traditional noodles.It has elasticity and goes through a throat smoosy.I love udon so much that I usually eat it twice a week at least. In summer, udon whets the appetite making it cold.Not only cold udon but hot udon is also good in a cold season.You can eat hot udon with various vegetables with great relish. Throwghing all of them into a pot and stewing them, a great la carte is ready to eat!
In this time, I made pork and eggplant udon. The udon was pretty delisious as though I cooked. Next time, I'll try different taste of udon.
